How much does shipping cost?

There won't be any nasty surprises at the checkout - we don't charge any postage fees on our products. *Please note - any customs clearance costs at your end will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

How will my purchase be shipped to me?

Your purchases will be shipped via Registered Mail, so that it can be tracked. Dependant upon your postman, a signature may be required to receive the delivery (if you're not home at the time of delivery you may have to collect your package from your local post office). 

Do you ship internationally? 

We sure do. Anywhere, no matter where you are.

Which address will you ship my purchases to?

We will ship your purchases to the address you enter at the Checkout stage. If you would like us to ship to another address please email us immediately after placing your order. Unfortunately we can't take responsibility for shipping to an incorrect address if we haven't been notified within 48 hours of your purchase.

How long does delivery take? 

Not long at all. Your purchases will be posted to you within 3-5 working days of receipt of order. Postage times will vary depending on where you live.

+ Singapore 5-8 working days
+ Australia, NZ, Asia, UK 10-15 working days
+ USA 12-17 working days
+ Elsewhere up to 20 working days


RETURNS

What happens if my purchase is faulty?

If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, were more than happy to help. Unfortunately we can't accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, but if the goods you have purchased are faulty we will happily replace your item or provide a refund.

Guarantee

The Little Raspberry products are incredibly durable, but sometimes breakage happens.  Be rest assured that we offer a unique quality guarantee on all the necklaces and hanging planters we create.  If your necklace or hanging planter breaks within the first 6 months, your restringing is free.  If your necklace or hanging planter is broken, damaged, or repaired otherwise (regardless of place or time purchased, but has use of the necklace or hanging planter has been in line with our recommendations stated on this website), you may send it back for a Restringing.

How do I organise for replacement or refund?

Please email us at [email protected] stating the issue you have found with your purchase. We can then chat about how to arrange for return of product and replacement or refund.
